Toilets are the least glamorous decision in a bathroom and the easiest one to get wrong. Get the trap and the set out right and everything else is styling.
A toilet suite for every bathroom
We stock back to wall, wall faced, wall hung and close coupled toilet suites with S trap and P trap outlets, rimless pans, soft close seats and extra height pans, in gloss white and in matte white and black, with WELS rated dual flush cisterns, variable pan connectors to suit a range of set out distances, and replaceable seats. Suites come from several suppliers rather than a single range, including Aulic and Lafeme through Alex Group, and there is a Lafeme smart toilet on display. It is all on display in Osborne Park.

Choosing the right suite
S trap, P trap and the set out
S trap means the waste goes down through the floor, P trap back out through the wall. For an S trap, measure the finished wall to the waste centre. That set out decides which pans fit.
Rimless pans and soft close seats
A rimless pan has no hidden lip around the bowl, so a wipe actually cleans it. Soft close seats drop under their own weight instead of slamming, and lift off for cleaning.
WELS ratings
Every toilet sold in Australia carries a WELS label with a star rating and a litres per flush figure, and suites are dual flush as standard. Ask and we will show you the label.

What is the difference between back to wall, wall faced, wall hung and close coupled?
Close coupled means the cistern is bolted onto the pan, with a gap behind both. Back to wall and wall faced push the pan and cistern flat against the wall, so there is no gap and no dust trap. Wall hung bolts to a concealed in wall cistern and leaves the floor clear, and it has to be decided before the wall is framed.
Can I see the suites in person before deciding?
The suites are set up inside the display pods at Unit 2, 32 Hutton Street, Osborne Park, so you see them at the right height, against real tiles, next to a vanity. Eight walk through pods in total, with several toilet ranges on the floor and a Lafeme smart toilet on display.
Can you sort the installation as well as the supply?
We supply, and we can refer you to a qualified builder to install. Jacqui has been doing this for more than 10 years, so the plumbing, the set out and the suite you picked are all specified before the builder starts, which is how they end up agreeing with each other.
What finishes are available?
Suites come in gloss white and in matte white and black. Extra height pans sit taller than a standard pan, which is worth thinking about for an accessible bathroom, or for anyone planning to stay in the house a long time.

Pan set out is a plumbing decision that has to be right before the floor goes down, so the suite is chosen early and against everything else. Match the ceramics to your basins, keep the finish consistent with the tapware, and add roll holders and rails from accessories. Suites on our floor include Caroma, Millennium and Decina, with accessible fittings from Con-Serv.
