These terms apply to showroom purchases, product orders and renovation services provided by The Renovation Centre, 32 Hutton Street, Osborne Park WA 6017. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or engaging us for renovation services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Quotes provided by The Renovation Centre are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is based on the products, quantities and scope described in the quote at the time it was prepared. Prices for showroom stock and renovation services may change after the validity period due to supplier cost movements, and we will confirm any updated pricing with you before proceeding.
Orders for products purchased through our showroom, and renovation services booked with us, are confirmed once a deposit has been paid. Deposit amounts are agreed with you at the time of ordering or booking and will be set out in your invoice or quote. Full and final payment is due prior to delivery, collection, or practical completion of works, as agreed with your consultant.
Delivery and collection timeframes are estimates provided by us or our suppliers and are not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of any delays. Products must be inspected on delivery or collection, with any damage or discrepancy reported to us as soon as possible so we can arrange a resolution.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure. Change-of-mind returns on showroom stock are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee for special-order or custom items; please speak with your consultant before returning a product.
Renovation services are provided according to the scope agreed with you in writing, typically following your consultation with Jacqui. Any changes to layout, products, materials or timeline once works have commenced constitute a variation and must be agreed and confirmed in writing before proceeding, including any associated cost or timeframe impact.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for products or services is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, being repair, replacement, resupply, or the cost of these, at our discretion. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays or site conditions beyond our scope of works.
Cancellation of an order or booking after a deposit has been paid may result in a partial or full loss of deposit, depending on work already undertaken or products already ordered on your behalf. We will always discuss cancellation terms with you directly before confirming any deduction.
