Meir is an Australian designed tapware and bathroomware brand, best known for taking matte black mainstream and for shapes that stay simple. The range covers basin and wall mixers, shower rails and heads, bath spouts and matching accessories. We keep Meir mounted on working displays in our Osborne Park showroom.

We set this range up across our eight styled display pods, sitting alongside the tapware, tiles and vanities it will actually live with, so you can see the whole room come together. Meir is an Australian designed tapware and bathroomware brand. Its reputation was built on matte black at a point when almost everything on the market was chrome, and the design language has stayed consistent since: clean cylinders, minimal detailing, and finishes carried right through a range so a basin mixer, a shower rail and a towel rail read as one family rather than three separate purchases.
Why we stock it
Finish is the whole argument for Meir, and finish is exactly what a website cannot show you. Matte black photographs as one colour and comes in about six. A brushed finish that looks warm on a screen can read grey on your wall. We keep Meir on live outlets so you can put your hand on it, run the handle through its travel, and hold it against the tile and benchtop you are already leaning towards.

Settled before your builder starts
Tapware drives the rough-in, so it is one of the earliest decisions in a bathroom and one of the most expensive to change later. Jacqui specifies the tapware and the rough-in positions at design stage, so the fittings you choose here are the fittings your plumber sets out for.
