1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees You are entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or compensation if a product has a major failure. A major failure includes situations where: • The item is significantly different from the description or sample • It is unsafe • It is unfit for its intended purpose • It has a problem that would have prevented purchase had it been known For minor issues, we will assist with a repair or replacement.
2. Change of Mind Returns We understand that renovation decisions can evolve. We offer change-of-mind returns on eligible products, provided that: • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging • You present a valid proof of purchase • Return is made within 14 days of purchase • The item is not a custom order, special order, or cut-to-size product A restocking fee may apply to special-order supplier stock if accepted for return.
3. Custom, Special-Order & Made-to-Measure Items Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns on: • Custom-made items • Special orders • Cut-to-length or modified materials • Clearance items Unless the product is faulty under the ACL.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect: 1 Contact us as soon as possible 2 Provide photos and proof of purchase 3 We’ll organise repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue We aim to resolve all claims quickly and fairly.
5. How to Request a Return Email or visit us in-store with: • Your name and contact details • Order or invoice number • Photos (if applicable) • A brief description of the issue Our team will guide you through the next steps.
6. Refund Timeframes Approved refunds are processed using your original payment method. Please allow 3—10 business days depending on your bank.
